We strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every order, and we hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we would be happy to provide a full product refund. 

Exchanges - We recommend for fastest service, first to place a new order online then return the unwanted items to be refunded.

Please note the following:

  • If you receive a damaged item during shipment, please contact us immediately, so that we can send you a replacement right away free of charge
  • All our products can be returned within seven days of the delivery date
  • All products must be in original condition with tags
  • Refunds will not be issued for worn, washed or altered items
  • We are not responsible for any return shipping charges except in cases of shipping error
  • Returns may be made via any available shipping service (ePacket, FedEx IE or DHL Express). We recommend to use a trackable service, so you know when we receive your return
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days of receiving your return, and a receipt will be emailed at that time
  • We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method
  • Send request at support@gpillows.com for refund
  • A copy of the packing slip must be included with the return
  • A re-stocking fee of $10 per item is applied for all returned packages except returns due to defective or incorrect item
